looks like on the second floor when it pulls back down the hallway you have a few faces, that are fliped for a few frames. Plus the size of the .mov is really small on my screen.. Otherwise looks pretty good from what I could see do to the size. if someone wanted to get picky, you can hear the clicks on the music track where the loop wasn't created perfectly clean.

It would be nice to see how the sustainable aspects of the house are incorporated into the house. When you see words like "recyclable materials" flash up on the screen...tell/show us the how, why, when and where about them. When we see "Energy effiecent" we are looking at a couch. Do the two have something to do with each other?

I'm assuming you are trying to sell people on this design...to look at the house is one thing, but to educate us on what makes it unique is something else.

what final screen size will you be rendering at? it really needs to be atleast 640x480 if not 800x600 or higher, and dont worry too much about getting perfect compression either as you've got now.

i'm glad it's wip so far. it's looking very promising, but it needs much better lighting - ie, some gi as mentioned above, and there's a heck of a lot of 'face flashing' going on in there between scene cuts. as it stands it's got the kind of quality you'd expect to see bashed out about 7 or 8 years ago.

but as you say, it's wip, so keep at it :)

I would llike to thank everyone for their critiques and comments.

If possible could anyone show me an example of your work, just

so that I can see how a professional does it? Movies prefered, not

interested in stills.

How much do would you normally charge per render or walkthrough?

I think the monies paid for this particular project was worth it or at least

the client thinks so.

I have seem walkthroughs from some great architects and engineers,

and what I have seen seems similiar to what I have done except its on

a more grand scale. I haven't seen much GI, only more RPC people.

Maybe after I pick up a couple more quad machines I'll be able to

render out all my work using GI.
