rhapsodyosx
Does anyone have any suggestions about what the best Viz book available would be? I have found some, but they seem to be for older versions. I checked out the book links on cgarchitect, but I didn't see anything that jumped out. Any help would be appreciated. frank1331
I would look at the Max books by Ted Boardman. Although it is for Max, most of the things will work with Viz as well. There used to be a book by George Orman (spelling I think) for Viz 4 that was real good, not sure if they ever made an updated version.

Tim Saunders
The "mastering 3d studio viz" books are great. I have read much of the viz 3 edition. I believe there are more current releases though. They are super big books with tutorials on everything.
