Multi/Sub Object UVW mapping

hello all -- relatively new and still having some difficulties with mapping although I am definitely making progress.

As I understand it, the only way to tile maps in Maxwell is through the use of a UVW Map modifier. I have a situation where I need different mapping coordinates on the same object that has multiple maps -- it is a floor with a 24" x 24" field tile with a border of 1" x 1" mosaics, then I am extending it to the exterior and the exterior will be a 3rd mat/map of a sidewalk.

Can someone briefly share how they would handle this? If anyone has a scene they want to share also - that would be incredible, I find dissecting other people's scenes is a great source of info.

Much appreciated and thanks to all the people that post here -- much of my progress can be attributed to information I found here.

Maxwell doesn't cooperate with procedurals (e.g. te Tile map) so I would probably handle this by editing the polygons, then assigning materials channels and a multi/sub material.

A scene file, in Max8 so apologies if you can't read it.

Try selecting polygons in the object and look at the number under "Set ID" near the bottom on the right - this corresponds to the Material ID in the multi/sub material.
