notamondayfan
hey guys, i need to input exact CMYK values onto a model, using the standard materials. i can only see boxes to enter RGB colours. is there an option to change the colour schemes? i could alternatively make a small bitmap in photoshop of the exact colour, and use that, but i wud like to know how 2 do it in max. cheers, dean! JamesTaylor
I'm not aware max uses CMYK, but some else feel free to correct me. The best thing i think of is to convert the CMYK value to RGB value in p'shop. It could be done by creating a swatch in CYMK Image Mode and then simply changing the Image Mode to RGB etc.
Crazy Homeless Guy
why exactly do yo need to enter CMYK colors? ...even if Max loads the CMYK colors, after it renders and image, it will be converted back to RGB. but if you want to input CMYK into Max, you can use Cool Picker. http://www.idigitalhouse.com/Tech/dh_tech.html
