Tim Saunders
Anyone ever had a problem when rendering an animation using DR and it only renders the first frame over and over? When I unchecked the DR box, it renders each frame propperly.
manta
DR is for rendering one frame, you want to use backburner for network rendering...

Brian Cassil
u cannot use DR for animation..... its only for stills Are you guys 100% sure about this? I'm not a vray user so I can't say, but in FR stage-1 you can certainly use DR for animation, so it's a little surprizing to me.
Tim Saunders
I think their point is that Vray has their own DR for stills, similar to backburner, but it renders box-by-box. Since Vray's DR doesn't work on animations, you just use backburner. That doesn't mean you loose your "Vray-ness" of the render though.
manta
Besides, you are restricted to ten computers with DR, but with network rendering its unlimited...
