so what is up with the Apple advertising campaigns? ....first Lugz shoes accuses them of ripping off a comercial they did back in the 90's.

I imagine some 'director of art' at Apple is in some pretty hot water right now. But can you really sue over something like that? They are clearly rip-offs, but legally, is there anything to prevent that from happening? But no doubt, embarrassing for the Apple folks.

It's not the first time some major companies stick their heads together and create a scandal, split costs for a single shoot and therefore all get their publicity?
