d7man2000
is this scene acceptable, what would make it more realistic? thanks
Tim Saunders
Not bad. I suggest fixing the bottoms of the sofas. They are sinking straight into the floor. Maybe even put some wood feet on them. Desaturate the plant a little. and fix the bright glow on the window frame.
Sawyer
Personally I don't think anyone would really have sofas with that pattern. Try a nicer bg image. The plant could use some texture work and some displacement on the carpet. I don't know what this image is for but I think you could do with a greater rectangle of light in the fg. There is not much drama in this scene to warrent the dramatic angle while it's not looking bad its lacking interesting subjects.
AJLynn
Also, I think you could do more with the lighting - I think it's reading a bit flat.
tcupp
I would put something outside the window as well. A tree, some clouds, etc. Just something other than a flat blue color.
AJLynn
I didn't notice there was a window at first - I guess that means Taylor is right Maybe you can have some direct sun through it hitting somewhere the camera sees it, and this link that Brian Cassil posted today: http://features.cgsociety.org/story_custom.php?story_id=3275&page may be helpful.
