Problem is when I move model into right place position. Then ungroup it ready for add on material later. But it went move different position itself. I didnt ask for it. then I tried re-group again then it went move back different position again..

No one help !! :( #cry#

I have been spent time on whole days to figure it out.

Finally, I got figure it out what cause problem is when 3D model import from SketchUp 5 into 3D Max 6.

It gone random link inheritance YXZ on each 3D Object...It not all same..So I got it clear inheritance :-

UTILITIES> MORE buttom > Link Inheritance (Selects) to see must all boxes tick on.

I have no idea why it gone random tick on/off boxes itself.

BUT Still problem is when I get group all in one model. then move different position. Then Ungroup, It went to move different position itself.

How I get it clear stop object move itself when It ungroup or explode group??

Please help me!!!! Im begging you....you all 3D pro...

Regard

Chris Potts

(P.S. sorry my bad english)

YES YES !!....I did spend time on search website

I found what solve problem is...... Just need turn " Skin Pose Mode " off on

Hierarchy tab > Pivot > scroll down to bottom, see Skin Pose tick box.

...That I never heard of "Skin Pose Mode" before. It using for 3D character...

I have no idea how or why it turn on itself when Im import 3D object from Sketch Up....It is strange one.

What a waste one and half day for finding it to solve problem over small Hierarchy thingys..

Now I'm in real mess and try catch up to complete building done real fast before tomorrow deadline....
