Buttman
My file is worth about 26Mb and it's a drf. file from ADT2004 VizRender. My problem is my file taking forever to load and still not able to be open to work on. Please help.

Kerry Thompson
Hi I found some loading issues with drf files in earlier versions of ADT. What version are you using and what are you loading the drf file into - (Viz Render or full Viz)? Cheers Kerry

Kerry Thompson
I cannot remember the specifics but I do remember having this type of issue wth 2004, I have not had the same issues with ADT6. Maybe time for an upgrade. Have a look at discussions. Cheers Kerry
Buttman
I dunno. Do you think ADT2006 is too heavy for my computer? What's your specs?

AJLynn
I've used ADT2006 on a computer exactly half as good (1x2.4GHz CPU and 1GB RAM) as yours and it's fine. Only one thing: starting with 06 there's a highlight selection preview "feature" that's on by default and is only good for making your computer slow, turn it off. But I can't promise it will make Viz Render fast. Viz Render is still a pretty aggravating bit of software.
