lemog
looks AWESOME. i mentioned your work to some fellow architecs here (i'm an architect too) and they are really eager to see it finished. Thanks Eduardo, the pavilion seem finished today, I will post some renderings very soon. It will miss only the other little building wich was at left of the main. This part was dedicated to the drinks, wine, alcohol, etc... This part not exist at first view in the actual building at Lima. Other difference I don't see before, the actual one is larger... 1 section more at each side of the entrance. At the beginning, I mean that the drawing I have was false, but finally no ! As the structure was entirely metallic, with false stones on it, that was so easy to add 2 sections. I have a question for you. I read on my old books there's much azuleros, ceramics as ornements around this pavilion, at first view the actual one don't have any, do you know some actual exemples of possibles ceramics, patterns in Peru ? and there is another of my favorits, like it too much, great details. mate, look at this picture, (As I said, I will have travel to Isfahan and will take more photo for you): Hey mate, nice to see you're back... I hope your travel was good... and very resting ! Thanks for the photo... I touch the good feeling for the next pavilion, very nice palace (if it's really a palace)

lemog
I have some question lemog. may you say that your childrens how think about 3D and your work? are they interest to continue father's works? hahaha good question finally... The youngest (2 years old) is the most interested, even if he don't understand exactly what I do every days... he said : "papa, you do castles ? more castles... more castles, want to see more castles..." and he appreciate much to watch my references... (and my references appreciate less...) The oldest (11) is not very interested by the projet... he like to put an eye on the pictures sometimes, but very rarely. He start a little bit to learn Maya the last year... but with one specific goal, the modeling of Pokemons ;-) hahahaha... If he has more interest, I'm sure in short time he will be better than me... ...you know all now !

scooter
Yo! Lolo How many pavillons are left after this one? Are you going to finish one day? This work is HUGE for only one guy (although he's crazy ). Will you try to get anyone to finance this project at some point, and are you going to get some external help after that? Say, when are starting the bridges? I hope all your expectation will come true. Good luck man! That's an amazing achievement so far!
lemog
It remain certainly more of hundred buildings to do... at least... The bridges... the Invalides and Alma are planed this summer, the Debilly footbridge for spring 2008... Iéna and Alexandre III around 2009-2010... That make me a bit afraid when I think to the remaining work to do... but I'm really passionating by this exposition... About the investors... these guys are welcome of course... but at first view, they don't know me... hahahahaha or they don't have any interest about these ancient event. ...about a possible collaboration, it's not easy, because my research about references and documentations are not enough fast to give informations for these persons. About the investors... these guys are welcome of course... but at first view, they don't know me... hahahahaha or they don't have any interest about these ancient event. oh man, I think it always is big problem between businessmen and artists. businessmen think for more money and artists need more feel! money and art is in two side of the coin. ...about a possible collaboration, it's not easy, because my research about references and documentations are not enough fast to give informations for these persons. You know that I'm ready for any collaboration with honor! great updates as always. go on lemog ship.

I imagine, I know well this problem... it's not always easy to manage our work/passion with family life, and to make understand to others why we have this kind of passion... ask to my friend "scooter"... I mean he know that too.
