architectural materials

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone could help with the settings for a interior scene.

 

I'm trying to render a interior scene which renders somewhat realistic without any materials, once I apply materials It starts to look not that realistic.

 

I have set up the scene with vray lighting, and i'm using the vraymaterial map.

Little advice, try to find some FREE Vray mat libs.

Look over everemotion.org or some other 3D sites for them.

Making from scratch is some hard proces, so save you time and learn something from others.
