ant_sutton
Hi guys. I have just finished a small project that is up in the finished gallery - greek villa. I was just wondering what to do next and thought it would be great to either do a joint project i.e. get some reference photos, and model and texture different sections or maybe just get some reference photos and have go of individually modelling the same building or whatever?!? This way we can give each other help and learnf rom each other. I know this would really help me and would be good fun. Would anyone be interested in this or is this just a stupid idea?? oh and id be using max and vray Cheers for looking ANt

FlytE
im quite interested in this too (with what spare time i get ) Ive always wanted to do one of those big chinese temples with all the intricate timber columnheads made by master craftsmen etc. Could contain a nice variety of materials as well as some interesting modelling etc.... ant_sutton
Hi VizWhiz and flyte glad to have you on board. I didnt even know that challenge forum existed. I think now at least two people are interested, we should all start by posting some reference photos, suggest themes etc and then we can all decide on which way to go. Should be really good and I hope we can all learn from it. Flyte, I've wanted to have a go at the chinese theme too. Thanks for getting involved Ant

ant_sutton
Hi guys. Flyte those pics look really interesting and doable. Not sure if I'd get board with all the twidly details though. Would be good fun though. I've always been interested in Prague Architecture. Especially the 'dancing building'. would be really cool to model. Check these prague pics out http://images.google.co.uk/images?hl=en&q=prague%20architecture&sa=N&tab=wi So far, I'm thinkin I'd love to model pragues 'dancing building.' I'm up for anything really, so if any of you have a firm suggestion of a building or set of buildings or scene you want to model from any of these pics we have, or have any other pics give us a shout. If anyone has a sketch or some sort of 2d image they can offer us to model, I think that would be awesome too. Cheers Anthony
