mbr
Looks really nice! Things I noticed: 1. A tad washed out on the counter in the foreground 2. Chair arm is above the counter on the right (I don't think that's really possible, but certainly not normal) 3. Maybe some flowers on the counter to add some interest to the foreground and balance the image?
Brian Cassil
I agree with all of Markus's statement and would add that some wall art would be nice.
Crazy Homeless Guy
hey brian. ..i agree about the blowout on the counter. i am not sure, but i think you are using a liner mulitply on the color mapping type. try using HSV expontential. according to the vray manual it should preserve the color better than linear. when i read that, i think it means it should clamp the color. which i am not sure if it works with texture maps, but it might clamp the surface on the desk, so it doesn't blow out. later. BrianKitts
thx for the comments guys, art flowers, move a chair...no prob The white circle on the soffit is a light that is supposed to simulate a skylight the hospital is starting to put em @ all major wayfinding points. I probably just need to turn down the multiplier a bit on the vrayLightMtrl thats applied to it. But it I will check out the HSV.... yet CHG, I am in linear space with Gamma Correction applied in max and using the Vray frame buffer for playing with the gamma correction on the image. I'll have to see how it works if I switch from linear to HSV, otherwise it'll probably be just dropping the multiplier on the light. Probably send it tonight. and post an update tommorrow. Yaseck
Nice work! You're definitely in good way. One thing botheres me... are the flatscreen LCDs are really so small? Is it 14" or maybe 12"? I would scale it up.
