Aaron2004
Hello All, I am working on some renderings in VRAY free (which means no VRAY disaplacement), and I need the stone on this house to look more believable on the corners. Right now, it's just mapped on a square. I have it bumped over 100...any more and i think it will ruin it. I don't want to use a displacement map because I don't want a wall with thousands of polygons in it. I've tried adding a few more polys and adding a noise modifier...that got me something, but still not enough. Is there a way that I can improve these edges? Thanks! AJLynn
Use the regular displace modifier and either deactivate it until render time or display the object as bounding box? Vray should be able to handle the poly count.
