d7man2000
any tips on how to make an object one sided with Vray material. it looks like it always renders as 2sided material. I want to render from outiside looking inside the room, with normal material it is simple, with Vray a headache. also is it possible to separate normals, I could make 2 sets of the same building with face facing inside and outside and apply different properties. Ismael
1. Camera clipping 2. Double sided material: Vray interior and Transparent for exterior. 3. Blur Studio Utility Material: On a double sided material Vray for interior and Utility Material for exterior. Set Visibility to 1 to 100. Ismael
The Utility Material is just that, a material. You will find it in the material editor if you properly installed. Double sided material is in the Mat Ed also. Nothing else to do but to use it and experiment. Ismael
