"Manager is down" help needed!!!

There is something going on with my backburner manager, and I can't figure it out. Everything works fine, (manager and server connect and jobs are assigned) until 20,30,50 min later (i dont really know how long)

Manager goes down, the job is stopped, and a little later starts again.

At the beggining i thought it was because of my firewall, but i tested that also and its not it.

 

Any ideas?????!!!!!

 

I should mention, that i dont use the classic 192.168.xxx.xxx

I have ip's 172.19.3.xxx and subnet mask 255.255.0.0

Should I change that?
