Ray
I've got a bike you can ride it if you like, its got a basket a bell that rings and things to make it look good...it give it to you if i could, but i borrowed it.. name that tune... Umm, "Bike" of course! And best Canadian band--gotta be Bachman Turner Overdrive! (They are Canadian, right?) For my fellow Pink Floyd fans I highly recommend the Live 8 dvd--I think it's worth it just to see them play four songs together again. And there is some back stage stuff on the dvd as well. STRAT
and if anyone love pink floyd, i cant reccomend regoer waters solo albums highly enough, they ARE my fav ever albums - The Pros and Cons of HitchHiking Amused to Death Radio Kaos just give them a listen and you'll know why
DennisHolland
Amused to Death is an album with heavy emotional impact! Especially 'Perfect sense' (both 1 and 2) are really works with a lot of impact. The rest on the album is also superb, so many levels of emotion. Rocky, bluesy, orchestral whatever.... My compliments for your quality taste, Strat! skala67
i agree, and with clapton playin guitar on Pros and Cons, you can't not like it. (this is pre-wussy Clapton, when he still had feeling in his riffs)
DennisHolland
Well guys... Who's the best renderer again? Ernest McCartney III or Strat-o-caster Gilmore? Strat for Lead Guitar EBIII for Impressionistic percussions who can play keyboards or any other musical Instruments? (not jest joking) do you ever wonder why people clap when The band STOPS playing ???? That could be us **** by The way i am going self-employed (again) giving my 2 week notice This coming Monday ** randy (1st Time in my Life i cant wait for Monday)
DennisHolland
Okay. I'll join the cga's but am not skilled in any musical instruments, that's fine. I guess I have to play with something else on stage and call myself Judas DePriest Randy, all succes in the world when you dive in it next monday as a self-employed fellow, that would make you a standalone renderer just like a lot of us in the field. Good luck, Dennis
skala67
Thats great. As you already know, the arizona market is hoppin. great time to dive back in in full. Where were you workin at? as far as instruments? hmmm. I may be able to belt out some scruffy vocals... Roger Waters doesn't have the best voice, but it always seems to work. best of luck to you!!! STRAT
Roger Waters doesn't have the best voice, but it always seems to work. you see, i think his voice is beautiful. but Eric Clapton's bluesy groan? ironically doesnt do it for me yet i think he's the best guitarist in history. skala67
One question about the best CGA firm out there.... has anyone had the chance to listen to the new solo album from David Gilmour? I saw the first video from it last night and it reminded me of a cross between Dark Side, Meddle, and Division Bell. (yes strange mix) It had David Crosby singing back up vocals, and was very mellow, and I kinda liked it. By the way. David Gilmour playing one note has more feeling and evokes more emotion than most guitarists have on a whole album. If anyone has heard more, let me know. Oh the album is called "On an island". Brian Cassil
I haven't heard the album yet, but I am going to see Gilmore in concert at the Kodak theater in april. I heard recently that Rick Wright will be there too.
Ernest Burden III
has anyone had the chance to listen to the new solo album from David Gilmour? Has David Crosby fathered any children with Gilmore? I've heard a track or two on the radio, it hasn't hit me as amazing, but maybe the album tracks better.

DennisHolland
Well, in my opinion Hendrix wrote some great riffs but let's be honest, he wasn't the greatest guitarist. I probably end up in Hell for this
