ViewportConfiguration/Default Lights...

in Customize menu > Viewport Configuration > Viewport Configuration dialog > Rendering Method tab

 

When I check 2, where are those?

I'm lightning the scene with those 2 (it looks/works fine for its purpose) but I need other lights in scene, so how can i create two identical non-casting shadow lights as those two default?

i beleive the two defaults lights in a max scene originate from the location of the viewing camera (viewport position). When inserting an actual light into the scene the default lights are automatically switched off.

 

if you want to recreate the 2 defalut light you could create a camera to align your views thro and then place a light either side with a constraint keeping then in a position relative to the camera. You will be able to turn off shadow casting under the modifire panel for each light
