mid life crisis is for those who want to give up...

I did not intend to position my thoughts as being unhappy or a simple midlife crisis. By the way, if 43 is midlife, I've something else to be happy about!

This thread is more about what is ahead than what is behind. In my case I have been working in the arch-vis field long enough to have fulfilled pretty much all of my original goals. Even though I did not start out in this field on purpose, I still have purpose and have wrapped up a phase. So what next? That's where this gets interesting. History is fun, but the future is exciting!

I do think tho many people reach a point where they think there is no future

even tho there are a lot of years left for them...

Viz, has a lot of future, for sure, i am looking into new avenues of it.. it get can boring too if one just recycles the same thing all the time..

I would have say this forum has really been a great source of motivating me to move on and to see what fantanastic things others are doing.

I have really enjoyed seeing the developement of the 1900 paris Worlds Fair lately....for one...
