Anyone using TurboCAD??

I am wondering if anyone uses TurboCad out there. I am looking for a less expensive alternative to autocad compatible with the industry standard.

 

I tested the trial version as a go between dwg files and Max. I found that it imported all the geometry and text with xrefs intact. I then found that it automatically saved in dwg format very well.

 

I still have yet to test it's modeling capabilities though. It boasts 2D/3D construction similar to Arch Desktop with healing walls and has similar snaps to Acad.

 

Those of us who use Licenced software have to cut corners sometimes.

 

Let me know what you think of some others.
