bokkins
i suggest, you consult your teachers about this, or read related topics on books and reference materials, or do a site visit to a nearest theme park, talk to the administrator about it. make an appointment, it will help you a lot. don't forget to prepare your questions beforehand, it will keep the interview short since these guys are busy people. good luck! Da_RoCk
TS: building types... just on how to calculate; ur 17k wont be served at one time; if you consider that in one time ull get alot sq. meters... another point, a theme park is a mixed occupancy therefore there are segregation of your users. which one is retail? which one is food and dining? etc... for these activities; i guess most of the occupancy rates are in your notes or books or ur codes (for the minimum)... then again; TS: building types... try checking the latest version tho...
