prince_moks
Hi everybody, i'm working in an architectural firm and we are in need of away to reduce the rendering time. and one thing i came accross is render farm. but i'm currently using intericad & vue. are these software compatible to renderfarm setup? or are there any other option or way to do it faster? Devin Johnston
The render farm is the only way to reduce the total render time of an animation project or a single rendering. There are rendering farms all over the place and they support most of the big rendering packages. One of the requirements is your software package needs to support network rendering. I've never heard of intericad and it's not one that I've seen any support for on the rendering farms I've visited. Vue is a more well known package but it probably isn't that widely supported either and I don't know if it supports network rendering.
tecton3d
sorry mate, i don't know firsthand but contacting your software companies (Intercad and VUE) would be the quickest way to find and accurate answer.
Jeff Mottle
If you are looking for a commercial render farm consider contacting Early over at ResPower or Henry at Rendercore. They can usually support any application if you ask. Even if it is not yet officially supported. Tell them I sent you if you call. Cheers, Jeff
