I would really like it better with the TV off. In my mind it just ruins the mood.

yes i used c4d and used an omni grid with 8% light with soft shadows...and spot light for sun light

hmm... Nice scene, but I'm not so fond of the rendering. In my opinion the camera angle makes the room look very small -- there doesn't appear to be much depth to the room. Maybe if there was more space between the objects (tv, couch) and the outside door? Also, shadows seem to be lacking on some objects, like the trash can on the left. I think that makes it look a little flat. And... personally, I don't like those wood panels above the door. Could just be me, though.
