Crazy Homeless Guy
my original bracket had... Duke UConn Gonzaga Florida after the first day of play on Thursday i changed who I think will go, although it doesn't effect my bracket since i am in a pool. LSU UConn UCLA Florida ...anyone else? Brian Cassil
I still got faith in my original 4: Duke UCLA UConn Villanova However I've only picked one upset right so far and am not looking very good for our office pool.
Crazy Homeless Guy
i think i was only second guessing myself because Gonzaga didn't look solid in thier first game. the Duke change of heart was more in response to someone at the office who is a huge Duke fan, combined with the fact that 75% of the people have Duke and UConn going. it makes it tough to win when everyones picks are so similar. as for correct upset picks so far, i got the following correct... Texas A&M over Syracuse NCstate over Cal Bucknell over Ark Witchita State over Seton Hall Wiscounsin Mill over Oklahoma as for games playing right now, that i might get the upset correct on... Texas A&M over LSU so i am doing well in the pool right now, but that could change before the day is over. out of the losses i have, Iowa is the only team that lost that i had going into the sweet 16. Brian Cassil
Several have gone down in my sweet 16: Syracuse, Illinois, Tennessee, and Nevada. I'm pretty sure the interior designers, marketing staff, and secretaries are all kicking my butt... but it seems like one of them always wins. Crazy Homeless Guy
our mail lady, Mary Jane, always does well in the bracket, and has won it more than once. noone knows for sure how old she is, but if i had to guess, she is probably in her early 70's. she kicks butt though. she is a smaller lady who knows college basketball inside out. she will strike up a conversation about any team or player in the country at any given time. not only that, but she does her job extremely well, usually doesn't want peoples help with packages unless they are computers or somehting of that size. her car of choice, a 1990 or so Jeep Wrangler. ..anyway, their are eleven of us tied for 5th out of 62, Mary Jane, is one of the people tied for 5th. Brian Cassil
So did anyone in your pool have George Mason and Bradley going to the sweet 16! This is exactly why secretaries win these things. I'm sure there is someone somewhere who picked those two teams because she has boyfriends with those names or something.

I'm sure there is someone somewhere who picked those two teams because she has boyfriends with those names or something. one person had George Mason, it was an executive vice president. i don't know how he picked them, it may have just been the need to pick an upset or two into the sweet 16. i think he went to the watch OSU play Georgetown today. OSU had a pathetic showing today. they haven't played well in their last 4 or 5 games. the brackets are a lot about momentem and heart. either you have it or you don't. i still consider myself in contention for our bracket, but today was not a spectacular day for me.
