Correct use of ADT Project Navigator for sections+schedules

I have followed a course on ADT 3.3/2002 a few years ago, but being an ArchiCAD user, I did not do any real-world project on it. But this year, I am teaching ADT in our CAD classes, for an introduction on BIM. We are still on ADT2004, but I have student versions of 2005 and 2006, as a reference.

In my old course, there was no discussion about the Project Navigator/Explorer, which I am struggling with now. And the help files don't seem to give me the correct advice either.

When you have defined constructs and views and sheets for a simple, two-story project, I have a problem to understand where to create sections and schedules.

I surely cannot generate a section through a construct, since that would only show one floor level. So I decided to generate the section through a dedicated view, called "section", where I have the full 3D model available (constructs for floor 0 and floor 1 are references in this view).

This helps in generating the full section and I can add it to a sheet. However, the section line will not appear on the views of floor 0 and floor 1, which is where I would like to show it. Do I have to draw this line on these constructs too? Seems not the best approach? Or simple plain 2D linework?

And a similar question with schedules: to be able to see the correct tags on the plan views, I add them in the constructs, but then I have a problem generating a full schedule based on these tags for the full building. So where do I define the tags? And where do I define the schedule? And how can this schedule be made visible on the sheet?

I think both questions are related...
