Fran
For the couch, try adding a meshsmooth modifier (if you're using max). The image lacks contrast. It's washed out looking. It's hard to advise you how to improve without knowing what programs you're using.

vodka79
Thanks to those who commented. I'm new in arch viz. This is actually my 1st real attempt on it. I'm using Sketchup to maxwell. Hope all of you can teach me more to improve my rendering. Thanks!

ramses2028
As friends said, too noisy for me. Anyway, if you're a beginner (I'm beginner too), you're on the right way. I think that if you want tou add credibility to your scene, furniture must be a little more detailed, here, it reminds me architectural softwares that give only low-poly models. Not enough shadows too, it's really flat. I don't know sketchup, and the mesh compatibility, but I'd be surprised it doesn't accept .3ds meshes. Just go to renderosity.com, and you'll find treasures (I don't know about sketchup modeling capabilities). See you ! Seb.
