radioVOY
Hi everyone One question: If I have a legal copy of max and I decide to not to work anymore with max, how can I sell it or transfer to someone else?? so that guy can keep working legally with that copy and upgrade when he wants. What are the conditions of Autodesk to a user change???

baader
If you sell your whole business to someone, that´s the only time that the licence is transferred. Also if you die the licence can be transferred to your heirs.

AJLynn
Call Autodesk, I've heard of them making exceptions (though it may take a miracle).

The more reason to go through the reseller to make the transfer and see if this was a legal version to begin with.
