edub Posted March 30, 2006 Share Posted March 30, 2006 overall I think you need to try greater tonal variation - right now everything looks too grey, like it's in the fog. Get some bright brights, and some dark darks in there to begin with. Maybe you could up the saturation a bit too? what is the project? looks interesting. sardesign Posted April 2, 2006 Share Posted April 2, 2006 I agree (again) with the above comment... looks like it has too little contrast. Shade and shadow in bright sunlight looks different than what is shown here. I can't figure out what that blackish/brownish thing is along the middle (other than it being a bridge of some sort). What I think makes a realistic exterior image is a good illumination setup, along with the good use of textures (dirtmaps, aged stuff) reflections and plants....
