manta
Well I think if you ask most windows users they'de be like "what ever" so I'm gonna go out and pay a lot for a computer just so I can run my existing windows software on it...as for apple users, they must be so over it, they tend to be kind of territorial about their macs to begin with, first intel, now microsoft...(that's not supposed to be an insult, just an observation) so I would think for them, it would be like putting a cassette player in their new BMW, will this be the end of the Mac's stability, will hybrid viruses be created to exploit this...who knows. For me, I'de be more excited about being able to run OSX on my existing hardware... And whats with apple, are they going to sell this software, but refuse to support it ?? Frosty
The way I see it...now you can have one workstation and have the best of everything. Windows for 3D (OSX shtill has pretty bad OGL perf.) and OSX for print and video work. In my opinion, nothing holds a candle to Final Cut Pro. AJLynn
I've got one, mainly because of Apple's superior design - and the world is full of people who would want it because of that.
