jtmdr
Is it possible to batch render a series of stills in V-ray - as in half a dozen overnight? Does one use the "manager" in conjunction with 3ds or . . . how would one approach this if it is possible. Thankyou for reading.
JamesTaylor
if you are using viz or max inconjunction with vray you want to get backburner set up, pretty staright forward. Once you have it running you can send as many renders to the queue as needed and the manger will dish them out to any available render servers. check the help file for info on setting it up. Ricardo Eloy
If you're using Max 7.5 you can use the new batch render feature. Create a render preset for VRay and simply add the cameras, frames, whatever you need and hit render. This is one of the best new features imho.
