Viz 2006 - bucket render ?

hello

I have problems with mental ray in Viz ... i cant render with distribuitet bucket in my own net.

I attatched in host file ..3 computers : pcp18, pcp25, pcp27.

 

 

I have errors like this :

MSG 0.0 error 011329: mi-ray/tcp: not a service (check %SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\services)

MSG 0.0 warn 012219: using fallback inet service 7003

MSG 0.0 error 011229: could not connect to host:port pcp25:7003 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

MSG 0.0 error 011706: cannot add host pcp25:7003

MSG 0.0 error 011227: unknown hostname pcp27 - check /etc/hosts (or alike)

MSG 0.0 error 011706: cannot add host pcp27:7003

MSG 0.0 error 011229: could not connect to host:port pcp18:7003 - A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

MSG 0.0 error 011706: cannot add host pcp18:7003

 

if anyone know what to do ... ? any solution ?

Usually you just need to open the port up in the windows firewall settings. If you are using another software firewall then you also need to open that port up.
