Dguarcello
Hey folks... I'm running Viz4, and when I open the Radiosity Control panel, I get this message. If I select 'Ignore', it disappears, and everything continues on like it should. If I hit 'retry', Viz totally freezes up, and eventually closes.... It ONLY gets the error message on the first attempt at opening the Radiosity control per session. It's not really hurting anything - like I said, it works fine afterwards if I choose to 'ignore' - but If I could get it to stop, I'd fell much better about it... Thanks in advance for any info. D. a_w
There's a fix posted here: http://www.imaginit.com.sg/support/issues_page.asp?id=3 Solution This error occurs on computers with processors running at 2.2GHz or higher. The error does not reflect any problems with functionality, as the affected counter is not used by the product. Click the Ignore button in the Error dialog box and allow Autodesk VIZ to continue running normally. The error message will not be displayed again in the same session of the product, but will be displayed when you start a new session. To resolve this issue, download and apply the Autodesk VIZ 4 Service Pack 2.
