kellhammer
I looking into learning ADT. I like alot of what it has to offer. I have a real good handle on preparing a full set of documents(working dwg) with regular AutoCad. With ADT I understand how the floor plans, elevations and building sections are created What I am unsure of is how is a construction details are created. Is ADT better at creating the details? Or do you create them from scratch similar to reg Autocad?
hansonsyc
kellhammer; It depends on how your going to make details, and also depending on the details.ADT offers many pre-loaded details that is needed in details and of course whatever missing there still you have to do it manually in cad. ADT can generate elevations and sections on the 3d objects that is present that making it faster. Autodesk says its an AutoCAD for Architects cool thing and worthy to be learn.
