Try this: Use the repair function straight from your CD or download a trial from adobe.com and run it over your install > choose repair. It should leave your lic. intact....if not, contact your local reseller. Otherwise try this: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Web/Graphics/Photoshop/Q_21637781.html It's administrator rights that prevent the creation of a temp file. Kanashimi Posted April 19, 2006 Share Posted April 19, 2006 if i remember correctly i encountered this discussion before in another site, the solution is related to photoshop trying to access a temporary file in the root directory of the scratch disk. if you're not working as an administrator, the program does not have the access permissions to the drive. try changing administrative permissions it may solve the problem, or contact your network administrator for reference to this problem.
