bwsumruld
I'm having problems with my final rendering where its producing a smokey or cloudy blemish on the walls and ceiling. I'm not sure why the splotches are only on the back wall but ive tried a few changes to the modes such as changing the subdivision on the light coming thru the window, however, i'm getting the same result. I'm using V-ray version 1.47.03 with Autodesk VIZ 2005 I'm also using irradiance map and light cache. Any comments or suggestions would help a ton. DennisHolland
In your irradiance rollout under Basic parameters: HSph subs 20 Interp. sample 50 should work since they are default. The rest looks pretty normal, could try it with a bigger samplesize in your Light catch but that's all. Regards, Dennis

Sawyer
Might want to uncheck default lights in the global switches section.
kippu
i think dennis wanted to say hsph samples as 50 and interp as 20 ... also i have not seen color mapping of dark and bright in these extremes as 0.4 and 2 ... you might consider keeping them same as 1,1 or 2,2 or atleast something closer
