textures help

Hi,

 

may i know where can i purchase or download(free) textures for textiles/fabrics such as bedsheet, carpet etc. I saw some neat ikea sheets and did some googling but to no avail.

Thanks rave, & Stephen.. i've tried but not the ones i'm looking for... Really wonder where people get the textures for the beautiful beds, carpets, etc..

You can always create them yourself in photoshop, etc. ecspecially if you are looking for a specific pattern. It could be like finding a needle in a haystack.

 

Why dont you post an image of what you mean by "beautiful" bedsheets, and that might help us better.

Have you tried the Ikea website? You'll probably have to do some work on the images as they'll probably be too small and/or distorted for use as texture maps but it'll give you a start.
