Texture on a plane surface...

When I render my roofs, or glass with "0" thickness, I get this "splotchy" effect, and the texture doesn't render completely on the surface of the plane.

 

Is there a workaround for this? Even wheh I render 2 sided it doesn't work. The "smooth" modifier doesn't help either or the "normal" modifier.

 

I know I could just give it thickness and be done with it, but I just didn't know if this was a bug or something...
