Specialist Rendering Companies??

Hi,

 

I was wondering if anyone could help me.

 

I have a job with a really tight deadline for 2 animations, and remember hearing something about companies which specialise in rendering - this may seem like an obvious question - but how much do these companies charge, and are they worth using?

 

Does anyone have any experiences of these kind of services, or have any recommendations for particular companies?

 

Any help/advice is much appreciated!

you mean render farms? guys that literally provide the raw power to render your completed models?

yes thats right. I was really wondering if they are worth using. Can they give a fast turnaround on animations of complex models?

 

I'm really hoping they can. Have you had much experience with these sorts of companies strat?

These are well-known and support many apps and platforms, and have price calculators. I've no 1st-hand experience. If you want someone to model, texture, animate, composite, etc, there are lots out there. Try

I'll have a look. I would be looking to just render my own model. Just wanted to get some advice from anyone wh had used these sorts of services before - as its slightly nerve racking to use something for the first time when a deadline is fast approaching!
