Karlfucious
I havent had much time to explore the new features of 07 but there is a loft tool which is long overdue to ACAD. You can also draw just draw on a face by just clicking on it instead of orienting your ucs. Another Cool feature is that you can just use shift instead of using the 3d orbit tool which is kind of cool. You can also work on your model in Perspective mode as well. Shade mode is a lot better so now you can work on your model in shade mode without any problems. Finally It now comes with Mental Ray though it isn't nearly as good as it is in Maya, Max, or XSI. There may be a ton of new features that I left out but Those are the main ones I noticed right off.

Thanks .. you can also import DWF files and trace over them with snaps =) you can print to PDF's Visual Styles - which let you go from a shades view to a sketch up drawing style, enhanced Camera animation and keyboard controled walkthrough like in max FPOV If you go to your window pulldown you can enable the "dashborad" wich is the 3D modeling aspect incorporated in this release.
