screen goes blue on connecting internet...help

hi all

 

i had a 64 bit win xp on my new AMD 4200+ with a832NSLi deluxe board. After i was not able to find all softwares 64 bit i installed 32 bit windows on it.

now my system had two windows...when i use 32 bit it works fine...but as soon as log in from my SIFy broadband internet account the screen goes blue with sme yellow text written on it , with end line saying Beginning dump of physical memory. this thing happens as soon as i connect to the internet.

But in my 64 bit windows internet runs fine.

 

i though there is osme ram problem but how come then everything is all right on my 64 bit windows

how much ram are you using? 64 bit windows is able to handle much more ram as well as some other specs. this could be your problem if using more than a few gigs
