Parker1
I have been modeling/rendering with Microstation for more then 10 years and just a few weeks ago learned Max8 and V-Ray (thanks to Brian Smith and Planet Digital in Orlando). This is my first production image done in Max/V-ray and was done in about 12 hours. The model is 100% Microstation geometry, exported as a DWG, and then dynamically linked into Max. NOW...LET ME HAVE IT...
Ricardo Eloy
Very nice, Brian! I like the modeling a lot, and the lighting is also very good. Maybe you could brighten it up a bit to see what happens, but just for fun, I guess. Another thing I would like to see is some more furniture. Maybe if you pulled the camera back a couple feet you could see more of it and the whole room, as well.
Parker1
Thanks for the quick response. There is no more furniture in this unit, it is a tiny loft. I can not move back any further or I will be inside a wall. It could stand to be brighter and I will make the adjustment. I would love to change the view a bit but the client selected this one down to the inch. Here is another viewing looking the other way so you can see how small the space is.
