Eezo
This is an old piece of work I rendered with scanline a while ago, I have decided to go back to it and bring it up to date with vray. I think it could do with some crits so comment away. I am not to sure about the trees and pants (not my models).
mahorela
the trees and plants are poor quality, check out 3d cafe, renderosity etc there are much better free models there than the ones you are using here. One of the chairs looks as if it's going for a float and I think you need to work harder on the lighting. Looks like a good model and a good camera angle, with some more work you could get this looking excellent. try adding a bump map to your tiles, they look a little flat when shadow is cast upon them
Eezo
Ok here is an update, I still have some plants in the background to change and I have changed the lighting and added that bump map. Not at all sure about the lighting though. Comments.
UTI
The update pictuer is much much better ......but what about the shadow casting light or the main light source ...i think you should move it untill it become vertical on the camera direction so that it cast nice shadows. mahorela
much better. My one criticism is that you have lost some of the warmth of the original image, now looks a little cold. Just tint your lighting slightly, will make a big difference. good job

You seem to have omitted your underwear in the second image as well.... Other than that, coming along nicely..!
