Limbus
There are a couple of options. - Vue 5 Infinite (comes free with the upgrade to LW 9 if you buy vefore the end of the month) - RPC Trees and the RPC Plugin for Lightwave - Several Tree plugins. richyrich
you can also use hypervoxels for vegetation, very affective for hedges etc.................
claudioarchi
Can you elaborate on the hypervoxel technique...thanks
richyrich
here is a very quick render for you..................... in modeler laydown some points, to what ever shape you require................ activate hypervoxels in layout and use volume as your shader type and apply a crumple hypertexture to break-up the volumes. you need to size the points but you just need to experiment with this................also texture to what ever look you want...............and render :-) it takes quite a bit off tweeking though............. its a very good solution for animations as long as you dont get to close to the hypervoxels................. oh yeah, and you can use fprime but i think lightwave renders a better final image..................... richard
