Architecturally, I think the sunken floor is too deep. It looks a bit precarious.

Aesthetically, I don't like the hidden lighting-makes me think of pimp my ride for some reason. And the curtains are very heavy looking.

Apart from that, it's shaping up well. Lighting looks good.

Thanks Iain

Think you may be right about the pimpy feel of the image, alot of the stuff in it was really just me trying stuff to see if i could get it to work. Will look into changing that, as for the floor there is a step down if that helps, should maybe change the view to show it. I wanted the bed to be at floor level, so maybe i should just make a lower bed. weird the stuff you don't pick up on your own stuff when you've been staring at it for a while.

cheers Ian

I actually like the sunken floor. However, I don't like the fact that you have one tile on that right wall. I would either make that ledge wider, or I would turn it into something else (i.e. an open storage shelving system.) from a functional standpoint it only has one function, to hide the drawers and in small space design, one function is just not enough. As far as the lights go, I kind of like them, however, I would maybe turn them down a bit, they have a little too much burn to be "realistic".

I think it is a great project, the lighting looks nice, Give us a couple more views!

Nice looking image, I like the natural look of it, maybe its the stone floor or something. Also something stiff or empty about the room. Wonder how the image would look when changing the stone wall texture into wallpaper with a natural touch to it. Maybe do something with the view, its a bit dull.

Good luck,

Ronald
