couldnt say.

 

we used a render farm. ernest had the same problem and he used a different render farm, and when we confronted Maxon with this problem they tested it and had similar problems on their farm.

Maxon can't use their own software on their own farm? That's bad. The reason I asked is sometimes different CPUs give slightly different GI results, which would lead to a bit of flickering. I think I read somewhere that AR is one of the programs that does this.

The best choice is to buy an ART VPS PURE PCi-X a dedicated ray tracing rendering card designed for personal workstation or a Renderdrive. Take a look at their site (the comparison charts are impressive):

For video cards I choose Nvidia FX or Quadro (better) like this you can benefit from Gelato rendering plugin:

Hi, thanks for your advice, but i think this will be of no use to me, as i work with cinema4d and it doesnt say it supports C4d on the website.
