Richard McCarthy
I know this might be very old article, but I only recently read it.... http://www.archpaper.com/feature_articles/shipping_news.html It got me thinking, a self floating, VERY STURDY structural block, it's almost ideal. In places like New Orlean, it's probably the best thing, Considering it can float on water if flooded, and it's quake AND cyclone proof. It's just bloody amazing! Best of all, they are cheap... What do you guys think?
