best modeling technique

i have a a part of a project looks like the part within the red circle in the attatched image

i would like to know the best acccurate way to model it ?

 

the attatched image is a building of architect called peter pran it`s really great i like it

i am sory for the resolution this is the only available image uptill now ....... iam searching

HI again

 

because of resolution i have to say that the right part is as the same as left marked part both looks like a banana shape with some surface deformations but still looks smooth .....
