Elliot
I don't use V-Ray. I downloaded the free version. Upon doing a room and setting the camera above the room the program renders my ceiling (I think) as a double side surface. When I do the same render with the default renderer I don't have the problem and I can see inside the room. How do I do this on V-Ray? Thanks Elliot
jophus14
If you do not want the ceiling there, just right click on the ceiling, choose "Properties" and under the "Rendering Control", tick "By Layer" off and choose "Visible to Camera". The object will still be there, but the camera won't pick it up in the render. Hope this helps. Or........you just hide the ceiling prior to rendering.
