mibs_studio
Maybe your irridiance map is not high enough..... Also you can burn all the wall floor material, and touchup the map in photoshop to remove the "leaking".
Sketchrender
Probably not what you want to hear but best to Remodel it, in these situations I find. Phil
bigroo
Are you using a Vray light plane? If so, it may be touching your window or wall.
gadzooks
Also try checking the "check sample visibality" in render settings
BrianKitts
Maybe your irridiance map is not high enough..... that was my first guess, it looks like your irr settings are too low, turn them up to medium and it should clean that up

The model was draw in autocad 2000. so I am going to remodel it, & one of my team member also agree with that. Tanni

aligrafix
I have gone through the Christropher Nich's DVDs. In his DVD, he was mentioning the same problem like light leekage. He simply baked those textures, "Renhder to texture" then painted on them in photoshop to get rid of that. You have to bake them. Sometimes i also get this problem but this is the way i get rid of this.

Christopher Nichols
Yeah... the reason it happens with Render to textures is that it is mainly due to textures resolution. Normally, with correct modeling it should not happen in a camera render unless you have some funky GI blur setting, or your check visibility is not working.
