Brian Smith
Draw a curved line and add the Extrude modifier. You can also draw two shapes or curved lines and use the Create>Compound Object>Loft feature to loft the shape of one along the path of another. soulctrla
The post above is quite correct but in this case you will find that you are not gonna have any thickness to your wall. I would draw the curve in a spline. - I would then go into the spline modify and into outline. If you pull this line out by say 300mm then you have a shape which is suitable for extrusion. You can also draw a poly line in Autocad - then import the poly line into max and extrude the polyline. Hope this helps.

If you are getting impatient at this stage, I reckon you'll give up shortly as it's a long road. I personally loved every step of the way as I was almost obsessed and that helps a lot. Ricardo Eloy
One thing I'd add to what Iain said: there's no easy way. No 3D app is just "point and click", so if you get impatient right from the start, maybe you should try another activity.
bokkins
you can also use bend modifier on a normal wall. be sure to add more segments perpendicular to the bend...
jophus14
You could always just make a box, add segments and then apply the bend modifier to it.
